Description
A music manuscript folio with the notation for the songs "St. Bride's Bells", "The Bonsadalians", and two songs titled "A New Minuet" on the front. The inner pages contain notation for the songs; "A New Minuet" and "Columbia", which is attributed to "Philo Musico". The back page is blank . Sources are listed on the manuscript. Part of the collection of songs and dances from the 17th and 18th centuries gathered by Bessie Osgood; "St. Bride's Bells" is in A major and 2/4 time; "The Bonsadalians" is in G major and 2/4 time; the first "A New Minuet" is in A major and 3/4 time; the second "A New Minuet" is in D major and 3/4 time; the inner page's "A New Minuet" is in F major and 3/4 time; "Columbia" is in D major and 2/4 time.
