Abstract

Mild weather in the Granite State is dampening expectations for a white Christmas and more people will have artificial than real Christmas trees. Granite Staters increasingly prefer to say "Merry Christmas" rather than "Happy Holidays", though many say it does not matter to them which term businesses use.
