Abstract
Vermont Republican Governor Phil Scott holds a substantial lead over Democratic nominee Esther Charlestin. Incumbent Senator Bernie Sanders and Representative Becca Balint are both far ahead of their opponents in their races for re-election. Housing and taxes are cited as the most important problems in Vermont, and half of Vermonters feel the state is headed in the wrong direction.
