Abstract
Most Mainers say that they plan to vote in the November Referendum election in Maine, but few Mainers say they have heard much about the questions on the ballot or understand them particularly well. Mainers say they have heard the most about and best understand Question 3 regarding the Pine Tree Power Company. Governor Janet Mills is still rated positively, but her approval ratings are down since the spring. The most important problems facing Maine are housing and the cost of living.
