Abstract
Six in ten Maine residents believe Donald Trump committed a crime mishandling classified documents and the same percentage anticipate he will be convicted. However, most of those who voted for Trump in the 2020 election say his indictment makes them more likely to vote for him or say it has no effect. One in six Mainers believe the U.S. is not doing enough to aid Ukraine in its war with Russia, while a third think we are doing too much or should not be helping at all. Ahead of the release of Supreme Court decisions, about half of Mainers disapprove of colleges and universities using race and ethnicity in their admissions decisions.
