Abstract
While the outlook for the state’s economy has improved somewhat, most New Hampshire residents remain pessimistic about economic conditions in the state. Housing affordability is a significant problem, as nearly half of state residents report spending 30% or more of their income on housing and virtually no one thinks it is a good time to buy a house in New Hampshire.
