Abstract

Confidence among New Hampshire residents in the federal government's ability to respond effectively to the coronavirus (COVID-19) outbreak has declined since April. Trust in science agencies, such as the CDC, as a source of information on the outbreak has also declined since April. A majority continue to disapprove of President Trump's handling of the coronavirus situation and nearly half of the state strongly disapproves.
