Description

A music manuscript with the notation for the songs "Prince George [unintelligible]", "The Fumbler", "The Thatch'd House" and "Windsor Terrace" on the front. The back page contains notation for the songs "Lamb Skinnet" and "La Stratford, or the Jubilee". Part of the collection of songs and dances from the 17th and 18th centuries gathered by Bessie Osgood; "Prince George [unintelligible]" is in A major and 4/4 time; "The Fumbler" is in G minor and 4/4 time; "The Thatch'd House" is in G major and 4/4 time; "Windsor Terrace" is in A major and 6/8 time; "Lamb Skinnet" is in A major and 12/8 time; "La Stratford, or The Jubilee" is in D major and 2/4 time.
