Abstract
Despite a strong labor market in New Hampshire, residents remain pessimistic about their household finances. Half of Granite Staters say their household finances are worse than last year and expect them to be even worse a year from now. State residents also remain pessimistic about the state and national economies, with few anticipating good economic times in the next twelve months.
