Abstract
Six in ten New Hampshire residents disapprove of President Biden's handling of foreign affairs and for the first time, a majority disapprove of his overall job performance. Most Granite Staters say he is at least somewhat to blame for the takeover of Afghanistan by the Taliban while others also blame the Afghan government and former U.S. presidents. Despite this, a majority support Biden's decision overall to withdraw from Afghanistan.
