Abstract
Two-thirds of parents and guardians of K-12 students in New Hampshire are comfortable sending their children back to school in the fall despite the COVID-19 pandemic. However, Granite Staters are divided on how to open schools; about half favor keeping children in one classroom for the whole school day while four in ten favor reopening schools as usual with no additional precautions. Four in ten residents have worked from home at least some of the time due to COVID-19 and half would work from home permanently if the option were available.
