Abstract

New Hampshire residents are much more confident in paper ballots currently used in New Hampshire than computerized touch screen voting systems to accurately count their vote. Confidence in a computerized touch screen voting system has declined over the past decade. More than four in five of New Hampshire residents are confident that their vote in the previous election was accurately counted, significantly higher than those who are confident in the accuracy of Power Ball.
