Abstract
New Hampshire is an increasingly mobile state, with considerable turnover of its residents. This turnover is changing the voter base in the state with potentially dramatic implications for the November elections. Nearly a third of the potential voters in New Hampshire this November became eligible to vote in the past eight years. These potential new voters are more likely to identify with the Democratic Party than are established New Hampshire voters.
