Description
In honor of Open October and Indigenous Peoples Day, join folks from the UNH Library for a community updating of Wikipedia entries via Zoom. Help us make Wikipedia more inclusive and bring visibility to under-represented people.
- Though you can edit any pages within Wikipedia that you would like, during this session, many of us will focus on improving coverage of Indigenous people - by adding citations, creating new pages/bios, and editing existing pages.
- No experience is needed. We'll be available for on-the-spot training and will provide reference materials, suggested pages to edit, and more.
- Drop in for as long or as little as you'd like.
