Abstract
The vision for the total Heart to Heart project is to establish a safe haven/program for people leaving incarceration. Creating safe spaces for people just out of prison allows them to reestablish and maintain a connection with their family members and communities which is imperative for the mental health of all. Mentally healthy people can create and contribute to strengthening their communities which lowers crime rates.
