Abstract
Audiovisual Services Student Training Program is a project designed to prepare 50+ student workers in providing the best possible audiovisual experience to classroom users at the UNH Durham Campus. The student employee services include providing customer service, troubleshooting issues, resolving conflict, and maintaining audiovisual technology in 100+ rooms. Our objective was to achieve a 90% satisfaction rate from Faculty and Staff using the student operated AV Hotline service. The project planned for the development of a mobile application to assist student workers in the classroom, a series of training seminars to be taught at the beginning of each semester and an Online Knowledgebase to document procedures, policies and troubleshooting guides.
