Abstract

The purpose of this project is to explore the steps needed for supervisors and managers to introduce change to their employees. In order to do so, these employees need to know the best methods for introducing change as well as having a full understanding of what the employees need to know. Change is not meant to be introduced then just left alone. In order to sustain change leaders need to continuously guide employees through the change and communicate along the way.
