Abstract

BACKGROUND:
There is currently no standard offboarding process within COLA at the University of New Hampshire which notifies stakeholders to trigger account closures, IT data preservation and documentation transfer steps.

OPPORTUNITIES FOR IMPROVEMENT:
How do we standardize the COLA employee departure process to improve communication, documentation, and stakeholder experience while reducing risk, inefficiencies, and stress?
