Abstract
This thesis takes a look at the history of craft brewing, the current trends, and where the industry is going. It takes a look at a number of different business models in the market and analyzes their respective advantages and challenges. After viewing these models and trends it takes a look at what would be needed for a successful microbrewery to start in seacoast New Hampshire.
