Description

A music manuscript folio with the notation for the songs "Minué de Aleides", "Minutè [reguler] que de Baile", "La Almama", "Minueté", "Otro Minué", "Rigador ô allegro de la Britania", "El [Amabla]", "Musica Antigua", and "Musica Moderna" on the front. The inner pages contain notation for the songs "El Amable Vencedor" and "Passapié de Clarines". The back page is blank. Sources and some dancing figures are listed on the manuscript. Part of the collection of songs and dances from the 17th and 18th centuries gathered by Bessie Osgood; "Minué de Aleides" is in D major and 3/4 time; "Minutè [reguler] que de Baile" is in G major and 3/4 time; "La Almama" is in D major and 4/4 time; "Minueté" is in B-flat major and 3/4 time; "Otro Minué" is in B-flat major and 3/4 time;"Rigador ô allegro de la Britania" is in A minor and 4/4 time; "El [Amabla]" is in F major and 3/4 time; "Musica Antigua" is in D minor and 3/4 time; "Musica Moderna" is in D minor and 3/4 time; "El Amable Vencedor" is in F major and 3/4; "Passapié de Clarines" is in F major and 3/4 time.
