Abstract
This presentation assess the procedural approaches companies adopt when confronted with a crisis and the critical role efficient communication plays in managing crises.
This case research was prompted by Bud Lights’ difficulties integrating a transgender social media influencer Dylan Mulvaney into its advertising campaign. The partnership led to widespread consumer criticism and a significant sales decline. With that being said, I began to research multiple preventive and proactive strategies that Bud Light could have enacted during the crisis.
