Abstract
When a student pursues a degree in EcoGastronomy, one of the first questions they get is 'What is EcoGastronomy?' and secondly, 'What do you do with an EcoGastronomy degree?'. For her senior capstone, Jordan Bohan created this blog to highlight different jobs and career paths that EcoGastronomy students could potentially follow.
