Abstract
This report presents the findings of an environmental scan conducted to inform institutional decision making related to the potential development of an Academic Commons in Dimond Library. The primary goal of the proposed Academic Commons is to support student retention and success by reducing barriers to access and consolidating high-demand academic student support services centralized in Dimond Library. The Steering Committee charged this work to provide evidence-based guidance regarding the co-location of Academic Affairs units and Student Accessibility Services within the library.
