Abstract

This seminar includes an invited presentation by James Houle, Program Director of the University of New Hampshire (UNH) Stormwater Center, titled “Moving from an industry of the problem to an industry of the solution: linking scientific research to decision-making and adoption approaches” and a panel discussion with Bob Fossum (Capitol Region Watershed District), David Fairbairn (MPCA), Ross Bintner (City of Edina) and James Houle on the topic of linking research to decision-making and implementation.
