Abstract
This new study of 374 academic library managers and librarians is a subset of a larger study which included 1,137 libraries including public, special, and government agency libraries along with academic libraries.
The benchmark study, the fourth annual, features input from 1,137 library managers, directors,and department heads and provides unprecedented comparative data for similar libraries and a market overview intended to assist library professionals in the budgeting and budgetjustification process for their libraries.
