This report examines the state of college finances and how the budgeting process is evolving to respond to this uncertain moment. It also explores strategies that colleges are using to shrink costs and raise revenues. And it zooms in on institutions that are adapting to a new financial reality, managing risk, and finding ways to thrive despite headwinds.
