Abstract
"Accreditation: Will we love it or leave it or reform it?" Four different perspectives on the strengths and challenges facing accreditation as our primary quality assurance process for higher education and the reforms that may be in the future. Contributors include: Judith S. Eaton, President of the Council for Higher Education Accreditation; Leah Matthews, Executive Director of Distance Education Accrediting Commission; Mary Ellen Petrisko, President of the WASC Senior College and University Commission; and Mary Jane Harris.
