Description

Rear view of Hood House shortly after completion of the structure. Several large piles of wooden boards can be seen around the perimeter of the building. In the foreground on the right, a pile of torn cloth rests on the ground at the crest of a short hill. This image was taken in Durham, New Hampshire on December 31, 1931 as part of landscape architect Bremer W. Pond's project number 143 and is number 312 in his index.
