Description

The newly constructed walkway behind Fairchild Hall, left, and Hetzel Hall, which is visible to its right. The walkway and multiple sets of steps connect the dormitories' terraces. Two figures can be seen on the rear terrace of Fairchild Hall, center. This image was taken in Durham, New Hampshire on November 19, 1927 as part of landscape architect Bremer W. Pond's project number 143 and is number 204 in his index.
