This interview is with Peter Erickson, Professor of Dairy Cattle Management in the College of Life Sciences and Agriculture and Dairy Production State Specialist in the Cooperative Extension. Erickson has been part of UNH’s dairy programs for more than 25 years. Interview topics cover his early life and education and his experiences teaching and researching in the department of Agriculture, Nutrition, and Food Systems, and awards and accolades he received.
