Abstract
A tool for researchers to use when preparing proposals to submit to the National Science Foundation (NSF) Major Research Instrumentation (MRI) (NSF 18-513), this deconstruction presents the information from the NSF guidance documents in a tabular, bulleted format that is easy to use. It incorporates the new instructions and formats that apply to proposals due or submitted on February 25, 2019 and thereafter (per Proposal & Award Policies & Procedures Guide (PAPPG), January 2019).
