A tool for researchers to use when preparing the Collaborators and Other Affiliations Document that is required as part of project proposals submitted to the National Science Foundation (NSF) WHEN THE NSF COA TEMPLATE IS NOT REQUIRED, this table provides an easy-to-use format that ensures all required information is included and presented clearly.
This version incorporates the changes in guidance effective January 30, 2017 (Proposal & Award Policies & Procedures Guide (PAPPG) -- NSF 17-1).
