Abstract

The Leave Correspondence Customer Rollout project is Phase 2 of the new Leave Correspondence application, and allows our strategic business partners to easily and accurately onboard new or returning customers into the new Leave Correspondence system without IT engagement. The ability for the business to control this process results in faster new business implementation, a competitive sales edge, and the ability to provide customs solutions with drastically reduced design time. While Phase 1 of this project was conducted in waterfall methodology, this second phase was executed in Agile and utilized two weeks sprints consisting of development prioritized by customer base.
