Abstract
The ISPP Project is part of a quality campaign within the fund accounting organization to cross-train, align system processes, standardize and centralize policy and procedure documents in the same location, mitigate risk across accounting working teams, and to schedule routine checks and updates to policy and procedure documents moving forward. Many of these documents were held in different locations across the organization’s business teams and had not been updated for long periods of time increasing and causing a greater amount of risk to the enterprise. This project will standardize all documents to the same format, assess the document for risk impact, schedule updates to the documents based on risk to the organization, and provide one central location access point for all business units to use moving forward.
