Abstract
This research looks at different leadership styles and how they impact employee job satisfaction. The goal is to show that leadership styles have a significant impact on employee satisfaction, which then results in either success or failure in business growth. This is shown by reviewing women in leadership, the frame of organizations and the role that leadership plays within them, while also looking at the different styles and how it impacts performance. Research findings revealed that transformational leadership has a positive impact on job satisfaction and transactional leadership has a negative impact on job satisfaction. Findings also suggest that those employees who are satisfied with their leader’s style are more productive in their role for the success of the company.
