Abstract
OPPORTUNITIES FOR IMPROVEMENT:
We have an opportunity to devise a program that allows for and fosters LEAN growth across the University System of New Hampshire's institutions while also devising an approach to continue to expand a LEAN culture in Higher Education. Utilizing best practices, the vision is to create a transparent process and scoring criteria, where LEAN team members and individuals can be recognized for their initiatives.
