Description
Colonel Alton C. Miller of Army Service Forces Headquarters writes to Dillon S. Myer of the War Relocation Authority. Colonel Miller informs Director Myer that persons wanting to leave camp for attendance or employment at an educational institution no longer has to get permission from the Provost Marshal General.
