The RENEW Model: Supporting Transition-Age Youth With Emotional and Behavioral Challenges
Abstract
RENEW is a school-based, interdisciplinary, team-mentoring approach that gives the (accurate) impression that sometimes it takes a school (and a well-coordinated effort) to graduate a student. This paper describes the RENEW intervention and describes its implementation in various contexts and settings in New Hampshire.
