Abstract
The guest in this episode of The Health Leader Forge is Dr. Teresa Leverett, the founder of Freedom Family Practice in Portsmouth, New Hampshire. Freedom Family Practice is a family practice clinic that runs under a model called Direct Primary Care (DPC). In this podcast, we talk about what DPC is, and how it is allowing physicians and patients alike to have a different health care delivery experience. Recent UNH graduate Sameer Panasar returns to guest host this episode.
