Relationship between Exercise Adherence and Improvements in Clinical Health Outcomes among African American Adults
Abstract
Exercise adherence is central to evaluating the efficacy of exercise interventions; however, its measurement is often vague or imprecise. Exercise prescriptions and subsequent improvements cannot be sufficiently evaluated unless adherence is accurately assessed.
