Padstow Old 'Oss Party performing in the Royal Albert Hall plaza. Man in all white crouches near black hobby horse. Behind them is a group of men, including several musicians holding accordions, pipes, and a drum. This style of hobby horse resembles the "'Obby 'Oss" used during the 'Obby 'Oss May Day festival in Padstow, England. Partially illegible note on back reads "This photograph shows the 'death' when [illegible] old Hoss crouches down"; London, England; June 22, 1951.
