A group of people, including a Fool and several musicians holding melodeons, line a residential street in anticipation of a hobby horse, who walks in front of a large group of children. This style of hobby horse, also called an "'Obby 'Oss", is used during the 'Obby 'Oss May Day festival in Padstow, England.
