Abstract
The seminar will provide attendees with an overview on all of the features of SonarWiz 5, including applied post-processing of sidescan and sub-bottom data and project utilization. The new features of SonarWiz 5, many generated from customer feedback, derived to create for more efficient and effective survey time on and off the water. The new layout manager allows one to position windows to customize the best layout for an efficient desktop based on their individualized needs. Attendees will ascertain ways to produce high-quality GIS compatible mosaics, web sites and reports, and also try out the point, polyline and polygon feature digitizing tools. Additionally, users will be able to experience one of the new and most anticipated features of SonarWiz 5, the Change Detection Tools, which will allow users to compare previous data sets with a newly acquired data to locate targets.
