Abstract
The students in this course were developing a digital library of Native American artifacts. As a guest lecturer I discussed the concept of metadata using a hands-on exercise and gave an overview of the Dublin Core elements. While I co-presented with Sherry Vellucci, this document contains only my portion of the presentation.
