Abstract
Poverty has a direct effect on a child’s ability to grow and learn. When students lack the necessary resources they need in order to succeed in school it affects the type of life that the child will have in the future. Here, I describe the causes and effects of poverty and how it affects children's educational learning. Then, I describe possible solutions and how we can help children in poverty.
