Abstract
Agreeing about generative AI use in a collaborative project at the start is important to promote understanding, ethical use, and research integrity. The University of New Hampshire (UNH) Responsible Conduct of Research (RCR) and Scholarly Activity Committee developed this Collaboration Agreement for Use of Generative AI in a Research Project Template to facilitate such discussions. This agreement may also be used/adapted for discussions among advisors, committee members, and students for theses and dissertations.
