Abstract
These worksheets are the companion to our Spring webinar, intended to provide 10 areas to “assess and adjust” your business approach with goals of increasing business, enhancing customer experience, and creating an enjoyable place to work. Depending upon your needs, you can focus on just one or a few sections, or work through them all. Some of the tasks on this worksheet may involve assessing aspects of your business you are already familiar with, but keep in mind that there can be value in reviewing, writing down, and reflecting upon your status and progress.
