Abstract
The New Hampshire Estuaries Project (NHEP) initiated its Community Technical Assistance Program (CTAP) in 2005. The program provides consulting assistance to the 42 New Hampshire communities that are part of the watershed areas for the Great Bay estuary, Hampton Seabrook Harbor estuary, and Atlantic coast. Assistance is available in the areas of land conservation planning, wetlands/stream buffer protection, and stormwater management. Eleven communities applied for and received assistance through the first round of the program.
