Abstract
Phase 1 and Phase 2 changes in policies, instructions, and forms put in place during 2016 by NIH for research grant applications are summarized in an easy-to-read tabular format. Phase 1 changes were effective for due dates on or after 1/25/16; Phase 2 changes are effective for due dates on or after 5/25/16.
