Abstract

A majority of Connecticut residents disapprove of President Donald Trump's job performance, his handling of foreign affairs, and the economy. More than two-thirds expect a recession in the near future and a majority disapprove of Trump's use of tariffs. Most Connecticut residents agree with Trump's executive order banning transgender female athletes from participating in women's sports.
